Hey y'all I'm Jes, I am so excited to share my passion for Yoga and the art of meditation with you all!


I will be posting about new and fun ways to get in the zone and find your inner peace. Hopefully most of you can carve out at least 20 minutes of your day for some "me time" and self reflection. Also, I will be sharing some personal stories about how what Yoga has taught me and how it improves my quality of life, even during a pandemic.
